Mentor recommendations?
Hey all, I’m a 35F and have broad heavy industry experience in WHS, mainly in construction (10+ years) I worked my way up from Admin to Management, went down to Advisor and back up to Management.
I never really had a mentor. Generally in safety (IMO) its a relatively isolated role within a company, and I feel as though I’m at a bit of a plateau - wanting to grow further but not entirely sure where to find support to receive this outside of my company?
Does anyone have any suggestions?
