I've been using diluted dawn dish soap on my old pair of glasses and it works exceptionally well. Rinse, soap, dry using microfibre.

Recently I got a new pair of glasses with "driving coating", some sort of Anti-reflective coating maybe. I was told by my optometrist to never use any dish soap as it would damage to coating. Only wipes/cleaner spray.

However, using ZEISS cleaner spray to spray on my lens and using my finger doesn't work well. It leaves a ton of tiny particles on the lens when seen under light.

The cleaner wipes are even worse as water doesnt rinse off every debris and these wipes end up scratching my lens while not even cleaning fully.

Whats the best option for me? Rinse thoroughly, then use a clean microfibre cloth sprayed generously with cleaner spray to wipe the lens? (Somehow this leaves no tiny particles, but I'm afraid might scratch the lens)

I need to clean my lens 2-3x a day
