Lutron switch causing blinking lights?

Hello,

I have about 16 Lutron MACL-153M switches all through my house.

3 of them are work with a companion for a 2-way switch the rest of them are stand alone switches running a series of flush mounted pot lights per switch.

Recently I installed 2 of them in the basement (not on companions) and after about 2 weeks of working great they just wouldn’t actually turn on any lights and instead they just blinked the pot lights every 3 seconds or so.. otherwise completely unresponsive. I’ve tried every type of reset and they’re still doing the same thing. I have attached a video showing the results

Shortly after, the master bedroom and master closet also started the same thing but after a reset they kinda started to work.. by that I mean, the first time I go to turn them on they flicker once then kick on. Every time after that they work fine until I leave it for a while. (Keep in mind these rooms worked flawlessly for over a year and a half before this.

Then today the kitchen started doing the same thing. No response - just blinking the pot lights. After a reset they also blink once then kick on.

I did check and all of the pot lights are indeed dimmable and every room did work great at one time. So I have a hard time believing their the pot lights. But the again I’m not sure.

I should also mention that the living room, dining room, laundry room..etc are all working great. (For now lol)

Basically any assistance is welcomed. I do like these switches and have never had a minuets worth of trouble in this house or my last one until last week.

Thanks.
