I have been a teacher for two years- I have an extensive background in healthcare-I have applied for 20+ jobs with no interview, not even a consideration for entry level patient care jobs. Do I remove teaching from my resume? Is that what is killing it or is it the market?
I am completely drained. I am 34 I started at 32. The disrespect of these students and the ai use is absolutely impossible to manage. The disrespect is honestly the worst part of this job. Best part time off, worst part pretty much everything else. I thought this would be a fulfilling career path. The only people fulfilled are the students laughing at trying to rage bait me -my exhaustion genuinely brings them joy they think it’s funny.
I’m not sure what to transition to-possible 911 dispatch or research coordinator.
