hi! I’d appreciate any advice you could give me for my app before senior year and my chances (I’m fine with criticism but make it constructive)
based on these stats alone: what schools are my safeties, reaches, and targets?

Also I was wondering what path would be if I want to pursue being an actuary?
would say I’m relatively strong in math stats and econ
I’m willing to switch between these two based on my chances, but as of right now i’m interested in becoming an actuary i just put business as top choice in case my plans change in the future

Trend: Somewhat downward(low As) but max rigor as all AP and IB
SAT: 1440( 690 M, 750 R)- took it again and both scores went down- I know the score is really bad 😭😭 so I plan on taking the ACT this summer

Extracurricular (not ranked)
Robotics (all of high school)- help fund team by finding local sponsors(raised like 2k this year), plan outreach events at elementary schools, libraries, my campus, do technical work like engineering portfolios and presentation materials like trifolds and banners plan to learn cad this summer
- member for 2 years(only freshman and sophomore on my team), engineering lead this year, pressing next year
- won UIL State Awards (one of biggest regions), other awards at comps
Math Tutoring for ~5 years
- started off helping teachers and then last year, me and a friend started a tutoring service and got a few people, continued till this year
- also might possibly work at a learning center this summer
Library Volunteer for 4-5 years
- volunteered at a few different libraries, helping shelve and the patrons find the stuff they need- basically just completing any tasks the librarians wanted
-500+ hours
- tied into strong passion for reading since a kid
- also used to volunteer at my elementary schools library and was library aide in middle school, but idk whether i should mention that
NJHS/ NHS
- was NJHS officer but that was in middle school- organized events and collaborated with local businesses
- had like 100+ hours
-NHS: less recorded hours(60), but probably had over 200(outside of what was mentioned before)
officers in other volunteer clubs around my campus
Science Fair Freshman yr- lowkey irrelevant
- got 3rd at school, went to regionals
DECA(3 years) and BPA(1 year)- dint qualify past regionals
- did marketing and finance
Tennis for ~12 years
- Private lessons until high school, won some local competitions
- Got onto jv tennis in high school for 2 years and quit junior year bc of workload and unfairness on the team
- got some awards, travelled around dfw area
Piano ~12 years
- perform high level- 11th grade standard
- got to level 2 for royal conservatory certification but the my teacher randomly stopped
- perform yr round at festivals and recitals- win various awards, usually superior
plan on planning and hosting a STEM Night at an elementary school next year- tying together my robotics team, experience in organizing events, all will try to get some people to sponsor event
- no internships, couldn’t get job last summer bc of transportation issues
- research workshop at college campus this summer (mix of business and data science)
- unconfirmed internship- if don’t get, will try to get a job at the learning center and nearby food chain
- lowkey have no connections 🫤🫤 and I was stupid and didn’t cold email
