Kwanzan cherry tree about 3-4 years old. It produces new leaf growth very well but only produces a few very small blossoms.
No idea how this damage occured--if you have ideas of what happened or if it will survive please let me know. Trying to decide if I should keep it and wait or just cut it down and start over with a new one.
