I plan on applying to a job post that I got via CFA Society. However, the form wants me to enter details like my name+adhaar number and last 4 digits of my adhaar.
I understand asking this for background verrification and ID. But that usually happens later, not as the first step.
Just wanted opinion from all here if this looks alright
