Explain my hair
I just wondered if anyone could explain my hair type via 1-4c. I am Mexican and west African. DNA test shows that I am 38 percent Portugues, 32 percent west African, and 12 percent native American. Everyone on my moms side is Mexican, and everyone on my dads side is black. My hair is wavy for about an inch, then I get super tight nappy curls after that. my hair from a distance looks like African people, but if you look at it closely you see it’s actually not curly till about an inch up. I’ve had waves before, and I can do everything african people can do with their hair, and it’s super thick. I’d say just as thick and possibly thicker than most west African people, but it’s straight/ wavy at the bottom. It’s actually a wavy texture if you look at it up close, but it looks straight unless you pull a piece of it out. If anyone can explain what hair type it would be that would be cool. I always thought my hair was unique, but maybe it’s just every person with my ancestrys hair. anyone who wants a picture I’ll show you a picture of a piece of my hair
