My Albanian partner is preparing his documents to marry in my home country.

Local Albanian consulate in my country says he needs to provide an apostilled Certificate of No Marriage or Certificate of Single Status. It’s like a document proving he is free to marry.

Google has mixed answers. In e-albania, we cant seem to see the section for this. Where do we get this exactly?
