I am beyond frustrated with my experience here. I placed an order well in advance for a specific event, only to have them cancel on me the morning of the delivery with zero explanation. When I tried to call and figure out what happened, I was bounced around between staff members who seemed more interested in getting off the phone than helping me find a solution.
To make matters worse, I had to call twice just to get my refund processed. For a business that markets itself as a premium floral source, the lack of accountability is shocking. I ended up having to scramble to a grocery store at the last minute because they left me high and dry. If you have an event where timing actually matters, I’d suggest going anywhere else. They might be fine for a casual walk-in, but you can’t trust them with a scheduled order.
