Whats this piece of trim called?
This piece reflects the sun into my eyes constantly. Im looking to just swap it out for something less reflective.

My wife and I are looking to buy a home. We found one in Burford that is a great fit for us. The issue is that information for the property is missing. Theres no info available for the septic tank, the sand point we'll, the furnace, the ac, or the electrical panels. Additionally there was some old water damage in the basement. I'm told that this info being missing isn't uncommon.
What Im looking for is an experienced person to go to the house and tell me what they find regarding the stuff mentioned above. I'd meet them out there.
Payment to be negotiated based on experience. If you have some experience but not much, thats ok too. I just need someone who knows more than I do about these things to take a look.
There is an open house for this property this afternoon, so access is as simple as walking in during the open house.
Edit: payment to be negotiated
I quit smoking about 9 months ago. Since then I've had 2 slip ups. Looking back, it's obvious that I was very stressed out on both slip ups.
This made me realize that for 18 years, whenever I was stressed, I would be smoking. Walking, or whatever else too, but always smoking when stressed. And now I don't have a coping method when I'm stressed. I'm worried that going for a walk might make want to smoke more. And walking isn't always an option (is unreliable, time, weather conditions etc)
What are some of the things you guys do to help manage your stress, without smoking?
When I was younger i trained in two different styles, tae kwon do and karate. Between the two, I enjoyed both, but prefered the tae kwon do as it had sparing training incorporated into the training, whereas the karate was very traditional (a pro) but did not include any practical training through sparing. The tae kwon do dojang (Kwang Lee) in brantford shut down may years ago (was on colbourne, at clearance, in the basement of the plaza. The same karate dojo is still around.
Yes, I do understand that more often then not, boxing or MMA styles are a lot more practical for 'everyday use' in the real world, but I strongly prefer the traditional training styles and disciplines. This isn't intended for self defense training but rather a way to stay in shape and practice self discipline.
Does anyone have recommendations for training styles in the brantford area that are traditional eastern styles that include sparing (or just outside brantford, I drive but hamilton or Cambridge are a bit far for regular commute)
