I’m a tech founder building small internal tools for Indian businesses.

Recently started digging into GST workflows and noticed a pattern:
a lot of repetitive tasks (reconciliation, data cleanup, etc.) are still done manually even though they can be automated with simple logic.

I’m looking to work with a few business owners who:

Have a repetitive task they do every month/week
Can clearly explain the current process
Are willing to share sample data (basic level)

What I’ll do:

Build a simple tool to automate that workflow
You get to use it for free

If the tool turns into a usable product, we can figure out revenue sharing later.

Not looking for ideas. Looking for real, painful, repeat problems.
