Hi team
My 1948 case was filed in Aug 2025.
The current status is ‘Judge has been assigned’, so no hearing date has been set yet.
Two questions:

1. Is my lawyer allowed to add additional documents to support my case now?
2. Would I be able to change lawyers and keep my case in line as is? Or would I have to start over, with a new lawyer?
