No gas pain following gallbladder removal?

I am 3 days post op now and have not experienced gas pain which I’ve been so anxious over after hearing how much pain it can cause, if I was going to get it, would I have had the pains by now? I’m hoping I just got lucky lol

ERCP/ Gallbladder removal

So I’m currently in hospital following a week long flare up and issues, been here for 8 days now. I had been to A&E once and back to the hospital twice for repeat bloods and sent home each time despite ALT levels being 395 (over 10x the range) and my bilirubin 34, reaching over 100 at time of admission. Throughout my stay or leading up to admission I contracted jaundice, pancreatitis, pneumonia and a collapsed lung. (Side note, if you know something doesn’t feel right, go to accident and emergency straight away, do not wait). I was told if I waited a day longer it would’ve been life threatening. I have been on IV drips, antibiotics and pain relief 24/7 since admission. Today I had an ERCP to remove the blockage of stones and tomorrow I am getting emergency gall bladder surgery. The end is near, fight for your bodies and don’t let doctors fob you off!

So for the past week I’ve been having flare ups , one day I had 4 in a day so I went to A&E within the hour as advised by 999. By the end of my visit, I received my blood tests and a script for codeine and buscopan. My blood tests showed that my bilirubin was 34 when the range is under 21 and my ALT was 395 when the range is 0-34. Which is obviously very elevated being over 10x the normal range. Should I have been sent home or should something more have been done? They advised that if I have another flare up to return to the surgical assessment unit today for a repeat blood test. Even though I haven’t had another flare up, my belly has been sore, I am debating just returning anyways as I’m quite anxious about my levels and want peace of mind that they have reduced. Any advice would be helpful Thankyou :)
