I just got a wahoo snap one Facebook marketplace the lock ring in stuck on there, I can not move it at all. I tried WD40ing it and using silicone to give me extra grip on it but it won't budge. When I do mount my bike on there it fits but it's a little shaky and I'm afraid to sit on it before going on an actual ride so I don't damage my bike

Any advice
