Existing over the range microwave is in need of replacing. Contemplating replacing with one that also has a convection feature.

It’s been well over 10 years since I painted a room. My struggle was always with the trim. I tried every gadget out there at the time but found blue painters tape to be my best bet. Yet, this had limitations- like when you remove it and it takes some of the color with it-leaving you a delicate touch up job.
I’m embarking on painting a small bathroom and would like to hear your success stories on any techniques or perhaps new gadgets to make cutting in the trim a lot less stressful. TIA

For context, I was grade 2, stage 1b with 64% myometrial invasion and no lvsi. Completed brachytherapy as the only adjuvant therapy recommended last year. Radiation oncologist did not indicate how long to perform vaginal dilation. GYN Onc said one year since that is the timeframe when the radiation would have the most impact on the tissues and blood flow in the vaginal cavity.
