Ordered two 12mg GLP-3 RT vials from Arizen Bio Labs and immediately noticed the powder amounts inside the vials were visibly different.
I contacted them with photos and they told me it was “normal” and to just dose it properly.
What made things worse was the COA on their site. I contacted Janoshik directly to verify it, and they responded saying the report was “not correct” and automatically considered “not legit” because the unique key was cropped off.
After hearing that, I asked Arizen for a refund due to the inconsistent vials and questionable COA. They refused and said they only refund damaged products.
Spent almost $200 and completely lost trust in the company. Just posting this so others are aware before ordering.
