Every fucking time I see a screenshot from Twitter, beit in a fandom space or not, it's the most expected thing you could see from there and the post about it is talking about how much OP doesn't like the post (the post is usually some braindead take, ragebait, political bait that we should be ignoring anyway, or chronically online garbage).
JUST GET OFF THE APP! It's like willfully jumping into a septic tank and getting upset that you're now waist deep in shit.
We know that most users there are bots, OF leeches, racists, homophobic people, people who haven't talked to someone IRL in WAY too long, incels, and every other bottom feeder to ever exist, so if you're not one of those types of people and have no business interacting with those circles, why are you even there and why are you showing us that??
I've seen people say that they're there for the art posts, go to BlueSky or Tumblr or any other platform (mainstream or niche, it's out there). There are more artists off Twitter than on.
I've seen people say that they're there for the porn, as if Reddit doesn't have just about every category of porn available or as if ThePornDude doesn't exist.
I've seen people say they're there for the memes, as if the same memes aren't LITERALLY EVERYWHERE.
There's absolutely no reason to be on Twitter if you're not dead weight to society. I'm not sorry
