Hi folks in need of some help please. My wife got diagnosed with Anti-GBM disease at the start of April. This is so rare and very hard to find people who have been diagnosed. If anyone has had this disease could we maybe ask for some information? My wife kidneys have taken a heavy hit her current EFR is 14/15 was as low as 8 at the start her creatinine is 320 was 507. They don’t hold much hope for her kidneys making much more improvement. They did a biopsy but the sample was too small to show how much scarring has been done. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
