New to IEMs - Current setup

IEM: Tangzu Waner 2nd Gen

Cable: KBEAR ST12 8-strand (the original cable was pretty OK, but my cat had other plans)

MP3: Sony Walkman NZW-E453

Also I use a Type C to Jack No Name adapter from AliExpress, for mobile listening.

The sound is pretty good, I'm not an expert or something. I've also been using Audio Technica ATH-M30x Headset (last 7 years) for music and gaming.

I'm not sure if I'm wearing them right but the fit is pretty bad. They come of easily and I think they leak sound.

So what are your experience with Tangzu Waner? Do you recommend them for beginners? Is the KBEAR cable a good choice?

Thanks!
