Pc freezing for a few seconds again and again after enabling secure boot

Got my pc 4 days ago. Until now everything was fine.

Here's the specs :

Motherboard : Gigabyte B850 Eagle Wifi6E

CPU : AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D

GPU : AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT

I wanted to play Valorant with a friend but when I launched the game, it asked me to enable UEFI secure boot. First, I thought I already done that before installing windows, I remember seeing it was enabled. But in my system info (not the bios) it said that it was disabled.

Then, an hour ago, I checked the bios. It said that secure boot was enabled but "not active". I looked up how to enable it and followed the steps as told. Restored factory keys and installed factory defaults. My pc froze, I couldn't do anything and had to turn it off by pressing the power button a few seconds.

And then after turning it back on, I checked the system info and the secure boot was now enabled. But my pc started freezing for a few seconds, then going back to normal, then freezing again... Sometimes it was the mouse who was frozen, sometimes the keyboard, sometimes the system (or the CG, according to what I read on various forums).

I also got a message saying "AMD software detected that a driver timeout has occurred."

I'm thinking about disable the secure boot again (or at least keep it enabled but not active in the bios). If I do that, maybe it'll go back to normal.

It seems like a recurrent issue, but I didn't really found any solution. Is there someone here who know what I can do ?

Thanks in advance for your help.
