Losing weight tips

hi, I'm a 20F uni student, due to my major I mostly sit around, and have little to no time to actually exercise.

I need some tips or advice or yt Chanel recommendations that have workouts i can do at my desk.

I'm 165cm and weigh around 85kg, I would like to loose atleast 20 kg in the next year or so, I'm already on a pretty good diet but I know it's not enough.
