My question to anyone who worked in hr in public service. Mainly VPS or APS. How do resume's get stored. If I apply to one department with my resume and name and other info. And then I apply to another role in that same department with a different team. Will my resume and cover letter differences be identified as an anomaly. (I worked two jobs at once and i put one or the other depending on the job I'm applying to).

What about applying to different departments but they are using the the Victorian Public Sector Job Application Tracking System. Does this track all the resumes you send etc or information you use and notify hr people of duplicate accounts or information?
