Ive been using litbuy since it came out and ive had no problem up until now. Got a jacket into the warehouse that costed 80 euro and i requested a refund when there was 5 hours left to return the item. Got no answer and today i open ticket and said that i requested a refund but they said that my return period has expired. How is this possible
