Hello. I've had my pc for a couple of years now (built myself) and i've had problems with internet since day 1. I thought it was cause my home internet was bad, but after moving houses and different internet, the problem consisted. However, when I played games on my laptop, I had none of the issues i've been having on my desktop, like serious rubberbanding in games. I can't use ethernet sadly cause of where the router is positioned, and the picture below is what i'm currently using to get my wifi. I have been planning on going to microcenter recently to get more storage for my computer, so if I could possibly get something there, or another solution I could try in the mean time just through settings and what not that would be appreciated.

Just tried this, but it didnt work:
netsh interface tcp show global
netsh interface tcp set global autotuning=normal.
