Hi i bought a lot from moldex last march 2022 , so technically almost 5 yrs soon. I paid in cash- Full payment - via bdo cheque straight to their account , i also have a picture of the actual receipt and doas . Since then i was always told that the title cant be released due to the delay coming from BIR ( pls attached photo of their reasoning) How can i cancel and claim? What is the first step?
