Strep carriage eradication?

Has anyone succesfully eradicate strep via antibiotics or other treatment? I've had a host of immune system conditions and after 10 years I've discovered its been due to my body reacting to strep.

This is further evidence that my symptoms minimize whenever i'm on a antibiotic that targets gram positive bacteria. Then after a short period, my symptoms tend to relapse. Especially after bouts of immune compromise (poor sleep, acid reflux, high stress, etc).

I've tried

penicillin - symptom relief while on drug, then short period after (1-2 weeks)

amoxicillin - symptom relief while on drug, then short period after (1-2 weeks)

azithromycin - symptom relief while on drug, then short period after (1-2 weeks)

clindamycin - tremendous symptom relief while on drug, then 2 months after, relapsed after bout of acid reflux and poor sleep.

next up I'm hoping to try pencillin + rifampin based on some articles i've found. However, if this doesn't work, i'm concerned i'm out of options Hence i'm wondering if there are any anecdotal experiences of people successfully eradicating recalcitrant strep.
