Help! I have a grade A broody hen. Won’t leave the coop. Barely eating or drinking. Aggressive towards all the other hens especially if they come near her box. My husband and I tried to introduce some chicks to her. Took all the proper steps. Took the eggs out introduced them at night. She said “how dare you. This is all for my Oscar.” And rejected them. So now I’m raising baby chick because she is a deadbeat. I need suggestions on what to do to break the brooding. She was my most chill hen now she is aggressive towards anyone. And stating to look like dinner. Jk. But also not.
