Mother Flame Theory ( Luffy's Final Power-Up)
Theory: Luffy will re-awaken Gear 5 using the Mother Flame
I noticed a pattern with the "God" characters and their back clouds (hagoromo).
Imu has eyes in his back cloud.
Zaza (the Rain God) has bells in her back cloud.
Luffy currently has a pure white cloud, but it feels incomplete.
I believe Luffy will eventually "re-awaken" or upgrade Gear 5. Instead of just white steam, his cloud will turn into actual fire.
How will this happen?
Luffy will likely consume or bond with the Mother Flame. We know the Ancient Kingdom used an eternal energy source. Since Luffy is the Sun God, he needs "fuel" to stay at full power.
The Result:
This would solve his 5-minute stamina issue. By using the Mother Flame as an infinite battery, he can stay in Gear 5 as long as he wants without turning into an old man. He would finally become a true Sun God with a flaming crown and cloud.
What do you guys think? Has the Mother Flame always been the missing piece for Nika?
