Nung March 5 on the day of my first tuition fee installment, nag-try po akong mag-submit ng LOE ko sa registrar ng uni ko. Sabi ng registrar, ibigay daw po namin mismo yung address ng kung sino ibi-bill para sa 20k/sem tuition allowance. Di ko nabigay kasi di ko po alam mag-open ng communication ticket with DOST-SEI, therefore di ko po natanong.

Ngayong kaka-second and final installment ko sa uni for this sem (two sems per AY), full fee pa rin ang siningil nila. Kumbaga, DOST-SEI didn't get to pay any part of it. Is there a way for me to at least receive a P20k tuition fee reimbursement from DOST-SEI?
