All I can find is their little care chat bot, what takes 6 hours for a canned response that doesn’t actually address the question I asked. It’s like a chat bot with a horrible delay. Do they have a phone number or something I can call to speak with an actual human? They double charged my card and all I get is the same identical auto reply saying “no refunds” and how to cancel.
