Correct me if im wrong but...

Is LVT good for land improvement and housing marketing competivity?

If government creates a tax for land it will create an important cost which reduce the innovation and imply a difficult for those who wants to purchase new land to create houses or businesses.

I mean, the objective of this policy is deleting rent's taxes which helps the individual rent and innovation. However, a LVT will still have the same effect. Or am i wrong?
