We have a cat that has IBD. It has been well controlled the past couple of years on 1 mg budesonide twice a day. Her symptoms have started to return and all of her blood work looks great. The vet recommended to increase her to 2 mg budesonide twice a day. Everything I read points to that being a very high dose for a cat.

She also has diabetes but it’s well controlled with insulin.
