This is the second time now that I've found similar scat - specifically on top of a cinderblock wall. White and black, relatively solid, larger than expected. My area doesn't have coyotes, bobcats, or farm animals. It's possible that a neighbor has an outdoor cat, but on an exposed wall? Perhaps a stealthy hawk?
