Formatting heavy teaching loads on your CV

I just finished my last semester with one community college, left my adoptive state for new territory, and am starting at a new institution. Part of my transition is getting back into research. My teaching is an important part of my career and I don't want it to be relegated to an afterthought, but it's taking up way too much space on my CV.

The current format is as follows:

Institution

Course Description Semester Taught
Number / Name Brief Description Either a list of terms or n sections every [ ] semester

At this point, I have taught more than 15 unique course codes at more than 3 institutions and I'm looking for advice to not make this totally ungainly.

Any help appreciated!

edit: fixed table formatting

TeXnique is killing me on this one

As you can see the toggled shadow is not quite right on spacing, but I really can't see a way where I got this 'wrong'. Any help appreciated from you guys.
