Please help
My Discord account was disabled/banned and I literally cannot log into the app at all. Every support ticket I submit gets the exact same automated response telling me to appeal through the in-app account standing system, but I physically cannot access it because the account is disabled and login is blocked.
I already explained this multiple times in the tickets and attached screenshots, but the replies keep looping me back to the same instructions. I tried the web login too and still can’t access the account.
Has anyone else dealt with this recently? Did you eventually get a human response from Discord support, and if so how long did it take? I’m trying to figure out if I should just keep waiting on the ticket thread or if there’s another way to get the appeal manually reviewed.
Any help would really be appreciated.
