Hello everyone,

Has anyone recently filed I-140 with premium processing and received approval/RFE? My attorney suggested filing under regular processing first and then upgrading to premium processing after getting the receipt notice. I am trying to understand whether that approach actually makes any difference to the outcome.

I've seen many posts from people who upgraded to premium processing later, but I am specifically interested in hearing from those who filed with premium processing from the beginning.
