Hi! So I am a 25 year old Indian woman. I am currently doing the CELTA Course and I already have a BA with Honors and MA, both in English. I also have a B.Ed Degree from one of the most reputed universities in India which is directly affiliated with NCERT (one of the RIEs). After finishing my CELTA, I want to teach English in South Korea. However, I am 5 ft tall, and weigh 88 kgs at present, although I am trying to lose weight. I have heard that Koreans don't like to hire fat people. Since I am so obese, will I not be accepted in the EPIK program of Korea?

EDIT: This post was not about my eligibility but since most of the responses are talking about it, I want to clear a few things up. I have B.Ed Degree, which is a teaching license. I have both undergraduate and postgraduate in English. I am doing my CELTA. All of my education from class 5 to B.Ed gas been completely in English. And I have read up on the CEPA, according to which, Indian nationals can be hired in the EPIK program, as long as the other requirements are fulfilled. Yes, the requirements are stricter for me as an Indian, but I do fulfil all of them. Now, I don't know if Indians won't be hired on personal bias but legally, I am allowed to work there as an English teacher.
