Guys we are planning a trip and thinking to go to Andaman and Nicobar islands during May .. Is may a good time to visit the islands and If so which dates are best .. Will the water activities be closed or open .. Also will it be very hot there? .. If no places please suggest a good place to visit during May.. I live in Hyderabad

So..Ive been going to the gym for an year now and it started like a month back.. I was doing shrugs with the 20kgs good and tried to go up..I just lifted the 25kgs didnt even start doing any movement and my back started hurting.. It was unbearable..I stopped gym for a few days and did only light movements no weights..My back still hurts randomly.. Today I went to the gym ( Ive restarted a few days ago ) and sat down on the mat and my back started to hurt so much i had to go back home
Can anyone share their experiences and solutions if you have found any
