Blue Earth is a beautiful ship

Blue Earth is a beautiful ship

As a kid I used to draw the Blue Earth all the time and I’ve always wanted an action figure of it.

I love the look of it as it launches off the giant curved runway. The OG series has toys available of the Blue Earth but I never enjoyed the pathetic of the original series.

I might try and make it out of Lego, I recall doing that quite a lot as a kid but I could spend some actual effort and make it as an adult.

I think the Blue Earth might be favourite ship from all of fiction. It’s just beautiful.

I've had an amazing personal interaction I wanted to share. A few months ago I met a stranger on a Megaman Facebook group who 3D printed, he's based out of Portland, USA. He has an awesome Megaman Display and we bonded over him beginning to design and print his own Megaman characters, particular the more obscure ones that don't have really any toys. He's so exceptional at it even though hes only been doing it for about a year.

I asked to buy one off him and he sent me an amazing Beat and Eddie prototype figure that he was working on.

They are awesome (see photo attached).

We began to chat frequently over the past few months and I sent him many photos of my displays. I told him one night one of my favourite games is Beneath a Steel Sky as it's one of the very few games set in Australia.

I showed him my display and said I would love to design either out of Lego or print myself one day a Circuit board of your robotic friend Joey. When the game starts, your robot pal is destroyed and you rescue his circuit board, it's the only item in your inventory when you start and you thankfully manage to save him by putting him into various different robot bodies over the course of the games.

Today, out of the blue my friend Zack who I barely know sent me a package and had designed and printed an exact replica of the Joey Board even though he hasn't even played the game. It looks amazing in my display and it's one of the nicest gestures anyone has ever done for me. It's incredible. It would have taken him so much time.

Thank you so much Zack it is an absolute one of a kind piece for my collection and means a lot to me!
