Hi,

I recently bought 2x 16TB harddrives from Best Buy. One of them does not work. I tried going to Best Buy to exchange it and was told that I had to go through Seagate.

The SN on the Seagate website confirms the warranty is valid. I created a Seagate account, but when I go to the "start end user claim", I get a blank page (URL is https://returns.seagate.com/returns/MicrosoftEntraSignin). I've tried multiple browsers and even different computers.

When I go to the "Contact Us" section of the website, I see gray boxes under the languages with no button to proceed.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do? Should I just do a chargeback via my credit card?
