Hi, looking for an opinion.

My front load washer has decided to start making really loud noises during spin cycle. Not sure if it's the bearings, shock absorber or something else. I've ran the same type of loads in the past with no issues. I ran a spin cycle on its own and it seemed to be fine. The loud noise only happens when it ramps up. Machine is about 13 years old. No loose change or anything found in the drum.

Is it worth calling a repair person to come look and get it fixed. Or would I be better off just buying a new machine? Dryer is working fine, also about 13 years old. Wondering if I should just replace both or just the washer for now.
