I have been looking for a cross sport for about a month. Found a listing today and going to test drive on Saturday. If it goes well I am going to buy it in cash. List price is $36k. Certified pre owned from dealer. 1 personal owner, no accidents, clean car fax. Does this seem like a fair price? The price is lower than some comps have seen. Anything I should look for/negotiate?

Looking for a 2024 certified preowned Cross Sport SE with tech. Any advice on websites to use/ones not to trust? I am in NY, willing to travel to go pick it up. Thanks!
