Reminder for these “beginner” snakes

There are an alarming amount of ball pythons I see on here with issues and these issues could’ve easily been avoided with the correct husbandry. Please check your humidity levels for these subTROPICAL snakes. I personally don’t let my ball python enclosures get below 70% and have never had any issues. These snakes like warm, muggy weather in Africa. Please do your research before purchasing a “beginner” pet that needs very specific requirements. That is all:)

I’m in Arizona and have been growing some autos in the backyard for fun. This girl is from fastbuds, I’ve been very impressed with how well it’s done with the heat (90’s) and low humidity (20% or less). I love the purple colors on this one:) These plants can be pretty resilient. Happy growing!
