So which one of y'all did this one?

It will print normally, but on the print it extrudes random filament and so there is randomly jumbled plastic on my print. (On the photo i broke and threw away the print so it looks like that) Photo: (do you see the random melted plastic)

Please tell me, how do I fix this? I got it for Christmas and still want it to work.
