Mesclun mix. My first time trying to grow micro greens,I'm very happy! How does everyone else wash them, they are so delicate.

I have never done this before. I planted a packet of organic musclin lettuce mix on 5/1 just to see what happens. I've enjoyed misting it everyday & watching it grow but when do I harvest it? What do I do now
