So I was on the strongest battle grounds just right now and I was mid 1v1 until this user started third partying, so I gave my attention to him but I noticed everytime he ragdolled and popped his ultimate he was able to move. It may be a bug but him blocking and moving at the pace of running and moving while popping his ultimate makes that seem like it isnt the reason, I already reported him but waited for an hour and still got no response so I just left and came on here to see if there was anything that I can do or just take my loss.
