Open Air, Cycling Friendly, Side-Sleeper Friendly Replacement for Soundcore Aerofit 2 Needed
Hello, All,
Mostly I still like my Soundcore Aerofit 2sI have had for a few years, especially the translation feature, but lately, when I sleep on my side and move my head around on my pillow, my motion pushes the "button" (really just an easy to trigger pressure rocker on the outside of the bud), which stops my audio, which then wakes me up--repeatedly. I also use them for cycling and riding the train. The sound also is not very loud and often gets drowned out by ambient outside noises, especially when I'm cycling.
I really need a replacement that:
- Has a physical side button that cannot be triggered by me pressing on it when sleeping on my side.
- Is not going to fall out of/off my ear,
- Is loud enough to hear on a train, in a train station, or on a plane,
- Has a microphone for voice calls (this device does well in this area),
- Allows multipoint device connection,
- Locator functionality,
- Decent battery life (this device is great in this area, as well).
Nice to Have:
- An optional physical strap/connector, so I don't lose a bud,
- ANC in some effective form.
Note I have researched the Shokz OpenFit Pro and the AeroFit Pro earbuds. I wonder whether they would be me taking a step backward with respect to quality.
Thoughtful, real-world, evidence-based answers are appreciated in advance...
