2015 Genesis G80 Gets Stuck In Park
This issue came up 2 months ago, started my 2015 genesis g80, would not switch out of park, lights and sensors triggered like LKAS, Adaptive Cruise Control, Auto Hold, EPB, Traction Control, Check Engine Light. I brought my car to mister transmission and they suggested it could be a safety switch, computer, or wiring. After getting the safety switch swapped the issue came up again 2 weeks later. I was able to start the car in neutral and switch to drive but the gear display would be blank, the car didnt know what gear it was in. After further research I suspect this could be related to a recall 51C006, when water enters rear lamp assembly it leads to car getting stuck in park and displaying blank gear. I contacted Hyundai Canada and they escalated this to management team, waiting on a response. Has anyone else had this issue or know how to fix it?
