Good day! We are BS Psychology students from NU Fairview currently conducting our research titled: "Storms Within: Motivation as a Moderator of Homesickness and Job Performance Among Filipino Seafarers."

We are looking for respondents who meet the following criteria:

* 19-60 years old

* At least 1 year of deployment experience

* Currently working or deployed within the last 12 months

* Residing in the Philippines

Your participation will greatly contribute to understanding the experiences of Filipino seafarers and help improve future support systems.
